Professional marketing experience managing brand, demand generation, digital strategy, and marketing operations for B2B companies, non-profits, higher education, and sports.
Before any of that, I co-founded and ran a home service business for five years in the midst of the 2008 recession that prided itself on customer service excellence. As a result, we had a 95% annual service contract retention rate and doubled revenue year-over-year.
